Optional Services:
$50.00 Quick File – With this additional fee collected by the State, the CT Secretary of State will process the formation of your LLC within one business day after filing. (Standard processing time is 5-10 days.)
$50 Tax ID’s – Assistance with LLC’s Tax Identification Numbers. For an additional cost of $50, we will help you get the LLC’s federal and state tax identification numbers.
